Medics do this in tandem with the cops to poor crazy people all the time, just google 'cop abuses a disabled person, you will get plenty of hits.
What i want and need anyone reading this to know is this-
You can do this, if you are being abused and harassed you can sue the people taking advantage. It is cheap or if you are poor it is free. And between showing you that pleadings do not have to be some crazy words you don't understand you can use regular worlds.
