Big Trouble for Big Corp Attorneys

The defense team of AMR filed my medical records in court without getting a medical release. I intend to sue their law firm. I have two years, it is an open and shut case will sue AMR again for it too or just include the offense in my my amended complaint, i find it amusing the op thinks i threaten them when i am only stating my intentions. NOT A THREAT A PROMISE.
