In science, computing, and engineering, a black box is a device, system, or object which produces useful information without revealing any information about its internal workings. The explanations for its conclusions remain opaque or “black.”
When you collect massive amounts of data it has to be indexed and stored. If the .gov knows all digital date that people put out that is a huge data collection base (true and in Utah i believe).
Someone has to know how and why to access something particular. And first and foremost i suggest doing nothing illegal ever the community as a whole has decided the law it is fair as it can be i suppose but say you didn't want anyone ever knowing you were at a porn site because you are suppose to be super christian or something, that would never be looked at by an actual person, it is data stored on a computer, unless you do something that is really bad the cops/.gov are not going to look at you at all or if they do if you have done nothing really bad all should be good in theory.
I accept this but it still sucks to lose that privacy. For me i like it, i want youtube to know what i want more than i do.
